Rosas Plane Food is about a hard-working, fantastic woman and chef Rosa Maria. She opened her restaurant in 1988 and transformed it from being an American burger and milkshake joint to a seafood, steak house and Mexican cuisine restaurant. It’s located next to Calexico International Airport and her faithful clientele include Imperial Valley families, South California and Arizona.
